In this sermon, we talked about how our words are like a spiritual heart rate monitor. They give us a real-time reading of what's truly going on inside us. What we say under pressure, when we're tired, or in casual conversation reveals the true state of our heart.
The good news? When we listen to what our words are telling us, we can turn to God, repent, and allow the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out.
