Are we aware that we need God or are we simply self-helping our way through life? What if we miss God because we are balancing sin with our lives? Recognizing and admitting to the sin in our lives will create a Godly sorrow leading to repentance. Then we need to trust that God is greater than our sin and brokenness. Trust in the world leads to foolishness and death. Trust in God leads to salvation. Only He can bring salvation to us through the mighty acts of His Son Jesus.
