No Excuse Not To Worship

In Romans 1:18-23 Paul reminds us that God's eternal power and divine nature is woven into all of creation. Yet people tend to glorify and worship created things rather than The Creator. Our worldly culture makes it easy for us to move in this direction. We have the tendency to make idols out of social media, food, alcohol, drugs, physical pleasures, etc. This type of idolatry takes a gift from God and makes it greater than God. Paul warns us that we have no excuse not to praise God; and that in His love for us, God may become angry and correct us. We need to lay down created things, turn towards God and worship Him with our whole heart!
